This rugged engine is built with a proven conventional mechanical fuel system with an industry-leading, state-of-the-art mechanical gauge control panel. It has demonstrated its reliability across applications with configurations custom-designed for on-highway, Genset as well as industrial off-highway applications. The engine’s cast-iron parent bore block is structurally designed to reduce noise and increase durability.

- Spin-on Fuel Filter with fuel water separator – Provides a balanced level of particle separation along with water separator to maximize fuel filter life and protect vital fuel system components.
- Front Gear Train with gear cover which has integrated noise panel- Significantly lowers noise output.
- Wider Camshaft Lobes and Larger Tappet Wear Surface – Enhance durability and reliability.
- Standard capacity oil pan available with rear & front sump orientation for installation flexibility.
- Spin-on Cummins lube filters.
- Heat exchanger – Simplified cylindrical shell & tube type raw water-cooled heat exchanger, optimized for better cooling efficiency & easy for installation.
- The industry-leading, state-of-the-art mechanical gauge control panel along with tachometer indication which provides total fire pump drive engine system integration and intuitive operation. Control panel is loaded with features like Analog display of engine parameters; Microcontroller override system for critical signal redundancy; Critical operation mode with Local/Remote operating features; Adjustable gauge setting system.
